May 2016 Long Term Bulk

I started my long term Reverse diet / slow bulk on 23rd May 2016. This is my second bulk, during the first one I went from 57 – 64kg then cut back down to 62kg (see previous post) . I finished my cut on around 2000 calories weighting 62kg. My aim now is to get up to 2500+ calories again and most likely move up to the 72kg weight class, but I’m likely to be at the lighter end of this weight class for a while. My biggest aim is to focus on building some muscle on my legs and glutes and also get my 3 powerlifts alot stronger.

18th June – 4 weeks into my bulk sitting at 62.8kg
